This study has specific eligibility requirements. If you can answer YES to ALL the following questions, you MAY be eligible. Even if you are eligible, everyone is randomized to the program. In other words, you have a 50-50 chance of participating.

Are you eligible?
- Are you between the ages of 19 and 59?
- Do you have an inflammatory type of arthritis? (such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, or ankylosing spondylitis? (If you are unsure, please contact the Study Coordinator).
- Are you currently employed (working in paid employment, contract or self-employed)?
- Do you live in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario?
- Have you read the Technical Requirements and confirm that your computer meets the requirements?
